We previously had a bad experience with another agent where we had listed our place, for the 3 months we were on the market we had no offers and very little communication with our agent.

However when Eric came by it was different, he took the time to listen to our wants and needs for the sale of our home and came prepared with a marketing strategy that was specific for house which resulted in getting us the price we wanted in only 5 days on the market. Not only did Eric sell our home for top dollar, he got us the terms we needed to move forward with the search of our new place.Through out the process of getting our house ready to list and finding our new home Eric has been in constant communication with us , providing us weekly feedback and market report, as well as, all new listings available during our search.

That is the word I would use to describe my experience with ERIC DUGAS
as my realtor.
Finding the right Home to buy was one of the most serious and biggest
decisions on the Journey of my Life. And with Eric at my side helping
me, he was going through the Journey with me, he understood what I was
going through.
But then I realized, it was also his Journey too, because his path is
to help people find a Home and create a Life, he really likes to be a
part changing people's Lives for the better. He has such a good heart,
he isn't  just another realtor out to make a buck, he genuinely cares
about making people happy.
He went well beyond the call of duty. I was going from property to
